Eric Bailey began his B.F.A. at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and finished his degree in Visual Arts at Oregon State University in 2000. While at OSU Eric was the recipient of the Art Department Faculty Award.
Most recently, in 2005, Eric did a two week internship with glass master Milon Townsend at his home in upstate New York. In the Fall of 2008 Eric participated in a two day workshop with master marble artist John Kobuki.
Over the last seven years Eric Bailey learned the art of glass flameworking while employed with a small, nationally recognized glassblowing business. In the Spring of 2008 Eric decided to set out on his own and create unique works of glass under the name e.b. glassworks.
