Ordering Terms and Returns
Most items you see on this site are in stock and available for shipping. If an item is sold out, you will be notified. In most instances it can be ordered for you, with delivery dates varying depending on the artists' schedule. The artists usually create on a made to order basis. Occasionally, they have some items in stock.
If you wish to order a particular piece, please contact us either by email: info@soloartimpressions.com, or by Phone (305) 458-6370, or by Fax (305) 351-8465. We will be pleased to place an order for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the usual return policy will apply.
Due to the nature of handmade work, each item is unique with slight variations, expected of handcrafted artwork. Some items may vary slightly in size or color. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund, less the original shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt, to initate a return. Click below to request an RMA #.
You will need to return the item(s) in their original packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance. We cannot be responsible for merchandise until we receive it.
The only items that we cannot accept for a refund is Delia products. These items are made to order and can only be returned for repairs or replacement if it arrives damaged. Please contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, otherwise UPS will not honor any claims.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is calculated based on real time shipping, by UPS and USPS. There are various options you may select from when checking out. Shipping will be charged on all items, unless, otherwise indicated. Packing charges may be added to items requiring extensive handling, due to weight or fragility and to any item requiring special packaging. USPS in most instances is less expensive than UPS , and can actually be faster sometimes. Keep this mind when selecting your shipping option.
Shipping is available in the United States only at the present time, we hope to add international shipping in the future. We cannot ship to PO boxes. In the event a particular item is shipped directly from the artist, shipping may be available to other locations. Please contact SOLO Art Impressions for more details.
Florida residents will need to add 7% sales tax, as required by The State of Florida...sorry.
